Fleet parade to mark Asean's 50th birthday | Bangkok Post: news

(Photo via @Wassanananuam)The Royal Thai Navy has made preparations to host an international fleet parade to mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Asean in November. Navy deputy chief Adm Paladej Charoenpool said the 50th Anniversary of the Asean International Fleet Review 2017 (Asean IFR 2017), is scheduled to take place from Nov 13-22 this year in Pattaya, Chon Buri. Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha will chair a review of a Thai navy fleet parade on Nov 18 when the 11th Asean Navy Chief's Meeting will be organised.
